Sauerkraut Balls

These easy sauerkraut balls were made in the air-fryer and are the perfect Oktoberfest Zinzinnati weekend appetizer!

Combine 1 1/2 cup EX-EL brand sauerkraut (drained) , a generous amount of crispy goetta, 4 tablespoons cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

Once they are formed into balls on a cookie sheet chill them in the fridge for 30mins.

Then it’s time to set up your breading station of 3/4 cup flour, 2 whisked eggs mixed and 1 cup Panko seasoning.

Roll them in the flour, dip them in egg and cover them in the Panko coating.

Next lay them on the bottom of your air fryer, spray them generously with olive oil and air fry them at 400 for 12 mins flipping halfway thru.
